Muehlhan Wind Service (MWS) expands with strategic acquisition of Professional Wind Services in Australia.

Muehlhan Wind Service (MWS), a leading full-scope independent service provider delivering wind turbine installation and maintenance solutions to the wind industry in more than 35 countries around the world, announced today that it has taken a majority stake in Professional Wind Services. Professional Wind Services is an Australian company providing installation and maintenance to the wind industry.

Founded in 2016, Professional Wind Services offers specialized installation services within the Australian wind market. The company has installed more than 2 GW and is a leader within C&I operations.

Professional Wind Services CEO Kym Dodd will stay on as minority shareholder and will continue to run the business on a day-to-day basis.
