Hollandse Kust Zuid Offshore Wind Farm
We take immense pride in the colossal 1.5GW Hollandse Kust Zuid offshore wind farm, a project that stands as a testament to our commitment to renewable energy. Located 18km off the coast of the Netherlands, it is the world’s largest subsidy-free offshore wind farm. The wind farm covers an area of 235.8km² off the coast of the Zuid-Holland (South Holland) and Noord-Holland (North Holland) provinces. Construction of the farm started in June 2021.
The pivotal role of Muehlhan Wind Service
Muehlhan Wind Service has played a pivotal role in this project. We were entrusted with the complete mechanical and electrical pre-assembly of 139 towers. This included all crane and lifting operations, as well as the ground transportation for nacelles, blades, and towers for each phase of the project.
