SGRE Safety Performance Award

Muehlhan Wind Service are proud to announce that we have won the SGRE Safety Performance Award at the 2025 Contractor Safety Day!

This is the first safety award we have won with SGRE.

This fantastic milestone could not have been achieved without the team effort of management, operations, our site & HSE Management teams and our technicians.

We’d like to extend a special thank you to our COO, Kirsten Bank Christensen, as well as our HSE team – Katarzyna Michalowska, Josh Lightowler and Glenn Hansen, for their dedication in running our safety improvement program to both reduce injuries and enhance our safety culture.

The award was won based on our efforts and outstanding results in successfully managing to reduce injuries while working proactively on increasing our safety efforts and performance.

Markus Wiemann from SGRE senior management highlighted that out of our piers Muehlhan Wind Service had achieved outstanding results. These included a reduction in LTIF, as well as a reduction in TRIF with 65% compared to 2023 numbers, enhancing an outstanding and very proactive reporting culture. Furthermore, it was positively noticed throughout the SGRE organisation that Muehlhan Wind Service always works with integrity, transparency and in close business partnership. To top this off, we received further credit for our proactive and diligent safety approach and efforts in entering new markets for areas such as stator drillings and pre-assembly works in Korea.

Muehlhan Wind Service’s deep commitment to creating a safe and healthy workplace for our employees helped us to ultimately win the award and stand out from 36 other suppliers participating in the event.
